Every year, INDIA loses over 160,000 lives to Road accidents. Apart from the impact this has on over 1.5 million people who lost someone dear; as a nation, we loose over 3% of the countrys GDP. In order to reduce the deaths, we should reduce the Emergency Medical Response time. This includes the time taken by Ambulance to reach a location, Board the Victim, Travel to Hospital, enrol the Victim, Testings and Treatments. The RKSH AMB App helps the Ambulance drivers to reach the Victims location faster and to the Hospital by creating a Green Corridor throughout the Ambulance route. The RKSH AMB app is to be used only by Ambulance drivers/service providers who have the necessary government issued documents to operate an Ambulance. While the Ambulance user logins, he/she has to provide all essential details of the individual and the organisation. The user is required to upload all the government issued KYC documents to register into the app. Upon verification, the ambulance user is notified of the verification status. And while there is an Emergency, the Ambulance app would be used to clear the route to the patient and to the hospital.Within 30 secs, the Ambulance driver can get a green corridor by doing the following steps:-Upload an 5-10 Sec Authentication video for future records (primary authentication is done by the driver himself after seeing the victims condition).Upload the victims ID Card if anySelect the HospitalChoose the Nature of EmergencySelect the status of victimClick on Start TripOnce the Ambulance has started the trip, the live location is tracked by the system and all the APMS devices in that specific route get triggered. And once the Ambulance is within 2-3 kms from the APMS, these devices start to Alarm the commuters on the road displaying the distance between the Ambulance and that respective APMS as well as directing which lane to leave for the incoming Ambulance .Thereby creating an entire lane exclusively available for the Ambulances. This would result in reducing the deaths in the country and also save the Nation around 50 Billion USD every year.
